Directions for use
Adults: take one slightly heaped measuring spoonful (approx. 3 g) dissolved in 200 ml of still water once a day.
The powder can be taken on an empty stomach or after a meal. Optionally, it can be mixed with fruit juice. After opening, reseal the container.
Do not exceed the stated recommended intake. A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store out of reach of children!
