Ingredients

Filler: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, L-ascorbic acid, ferrous gluconate, ferrous bisglycinate, ferrous fumarate, hydrogenated fat (rapeseed), anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

Consumption advice

Adults take one capsule once a day on an empty stomach, approx. 1 hour before breakfast, with water or orange juice.
