Consumption advice

Adults drink the contents of the green sachet once a day, dissolved in 300 ml of still water, preferably with or after a meal. Take the 4 capsules (white sachet) with liquid at the same time as the powder.

Important note

aminoplus® movement complex is not suitable for people who take anticoagulant drugs (coumarins). In this case, the consumption of food supplements containing vitamin K should be agreed with the doctor. Not for pregnant women, nursing mothers, children and adolescents.
