Use and dosage

Directions

Adults consume 2 capsules daily with some liquid.

Important Notes

In cases of kidney stones from oxalate, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, and certain diseases in which too much iron is stored in the body, 1000mg of vitamin C should be taken only after consultation with a physician.
