Dilute 2 x daily 15 ml or 1 x daily 30 ml pure or immediately before use with water and if possible drink approx. 30 minutes before a meal.

Store at max. 20° C before opening. Once opened, please store in the refrigerator and ideally use within 4-5 weeks.

Contains licorice. The sugars (lactose and fructose) are consumed by the probiotic microorganisms during the fermentation process to produce lactic acid. As this is a naturally fermented product, the cell counts may fluctuate.
