Use and dosage

Directions for use

Adults take the contents of one sachet 1 x daily. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 300ml of still water while stirring and drink.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. A food supplement is not intended as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store out of reach of small children!

Please store in a cool and dry place.

Important information

At the beginning of consumption, a slight feeling of fullness may occur. This is due to the fiber content and the lactic acid cultures. If necessary, the consumption can be adjusted accordingly.
